DMCA and copyright queries
CricHD Guide is an editorial site. We do not host, embed, link to or describe any unauthorised cricket stream. All broadcaster, fixture and subscription information published on this site is sourced from official rights-holder publications and consumer-facing platform pages.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or otherwise breaches the rights of a licensed broadcaster, please file a notice at [email protected]. We respond within 48 working hours under the applicable framework:
- India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act 2000 (Section 79) and the IT Rules 2021.
- Pakistan: the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA).
- International: the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for US-routed requests; equivalent national frameworks elsewhere.
What to include in a notice
Please include the following so we can act quickly:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site that is claimed to be infringing (URL).
- Your contact information (full name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you receive a takedown notice and believe it is incorrect, you may file a counter-notice at the same address. We will forward it to the original complainant and, absent legal action, restore the content after the statutory waiting period.
Repeat infringer policy
We do not host user-generated content. The DMCA repeat-infringer requirement is therefore not directly applicable, but we extend the same logic to editorial contributors: any contributor whose work triggers a valid takedown notice will not have further work published until the matter is resolved.
